Consulting Services
We offer a detailed assessment of your home, both inside and out to develop and maintain a defensible space plan, to reduce the risk of damage during a hostile wildfire event.
Consulting and assessment pricing varies based on location and complexity. Includes a report allowing the property owner to complete mitigation services on their own.
Mitigation Services
We offer mitigation services for concerns identified during the consulting phase. Thinning and removal of vegetation, improved screening, improving access for emergency vehicles, clearances around the home and defensible space are examples of services offered. Mitigation services require a consultation to determine scope of work.
Customers choosing mitigation services will have their consulting service credited to their account.
Extended Mitigation Services-Long Term Planning
We recognize not all suggested mitigation services may be practical to complete at one time. Our consulting service will provide recommended mitigations on a timeline to provide the property owner options on how to implement our recommendations.
Examples include fire resistant roofing & siding, relocation of combustibles, ponds, fire pumps, generators and emergency vehicle access.
Extended mitigation services may also include annual check-ups to keep your property prepared for the upcoming fire season.
